Does india sold Kashmir to China

The one of the famous publisher RIA  has published the spec of T-90 tank , if we watch the map in end of left side , i suprised suddenly kashmir the heart of india has disappered and finaly joined with china , Does the presence of chinese troops in pakistan occupied kashmir has any coincidence  with these type activity's .
