Russia Delivers Antiship Cruise Missiles Yakhont to Syria

Russia has delivered coast-based systems Bastion armed with antiship cruise missiles Yakhont under the contract signed in 2007, reported Interfax-AVN referring to an informed military diplomat in Moscow.
“Supersonic antiship cruise missiles Yakhont were delivered to Syria along with Bastion mobile coast-based missile systems“, said the interviewee.
However, he refused to specify exact dates and scope of the arms deliveries.
